  Used the new features in the latest version of Konfabulator to separate some
    of the global code in onLoad.js into includable files.
  Followed a suggestion from Perry Clarke to download images into a "downloads"
    folder and move them into place once the download is complete.  Hopefully
    that will eliminate some of the problems with attempting to display the
    images before they're done being downloaded (which causes crashes).

Version 0.0.3 - 6/8/2004
  Added some code to limit the number of background processes so Konfabulator
    won't die when it exceeds OS X's limit on simultaneous processes.  This
    may be unnecessary, as forthcoming changes to Konfabulator will provide
    this feature internally.
  Changed the image reloading procedure to mark the images unavailable while
    they're reloading, since Konfabulator dies if it is asked to load an image
    that's still being written to disk.
